Refund Policy

If you've bought from us or are considering buying from us we want to first say thank you! & Welcome to the PRIDE! Though we hope it never happens, if you aren't happy with the product you received then we are looking to make the returning of your gear as easy as possible.  

If a piece/item of clothing isn't to your satisfaction within 30 days of you receiving it, return it. The item needs to be un-used and in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return.  

At P.R.I.D.E. Athletics an item is in its original condition when: 

  1. The item still has not been worked out in.   
  2. The item has not been washed.  
  3. The item has not been damaged by you (more on this in the section below). 

PLEASE Note P.R.I.D.E. Athletics will only provide a pre-paid shipping label for your item if it is damaged or you have received the wrong item. For all other returns, Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returning an item:  

  1. Please email support@prideathletics.co along with your name, order number (sent to you in the confirmation email you received at the time of your purchase) and if you would like to exchange the item for one of equal value or just receive a refund.
  2. Note that if you are exchanging an item, please describe in your email which item of equal value you would like to receive in return.  
  3. Put the item back into packaging using the returned shipping label emailed to you.  
  4. Take the package to your nearest shipping center and drop it off.  
  5. If you've chosen to get a refund you can expect it back into your (PayPal or Bank Account) within 10 days once we have received your item. If you have not received your refund by this time please email support@prideathletics.co  

If you have received a Damaged product or the Wrong item you purchased:  

First, we want to apologize immensely! P.R.I.D.E. Athletics believes in 100% satisfaction for those in our PRIDE and we want to make it easy to correct this problem. If this applies to you please email support@prideathletics.co and allow for 24-48 hours for us to get back to you.  

As stated above, you have 30 days to email us and let us know about your problem and the item must be in its original condition as described at the top of this page. 

  1. In your email please include your name, order number, a description of what is wrong with your item/if you have received the wrong item 
  2. If a product is damaged please attach a photo to your email for documentation purposes. 
  3. We will respond to your email within 48 hours, and we will email you a return shipping label.  
  4. Put the item back into packaging using the returned shipping label emailed to you.  
  5. Take the package to your nearest shipping center and drop it off.  
  6. If you received the wrong item, we will make it our top priority to get the correct product to you.  
  7. If your item was damaged we will replace the item to you once we have received the returned product.  

If your request is made outside of 30 days from when you receive the item then we cannot fulfill your return and refund request.
